iPrep Math Parent Orientation

Come in and learn about our iPrep Math program.

Remember that you need to submit a new application every year,

Session 1: 10:00 AM and Session2: 1:00PM
After each session there will be a brief IB Orientation for IB Parents/Students.

Summer Reading List for 6th Grade IB/Advanced/Gifted
In an effort to maintain high academic standards, summer reading is a requirement at Lamar
Louise Curry Middle School. Required books are listed below for 6th grade.
Students are expected to complete the reading assignment along with the specific project.
*Assignments are due at the beginning of the new school and will be graded.
***6th Grade – Advanced/Gifted/IB***
Choose one of the books to read:
Leapholes by James Grippando OR Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster and Jules Feiffer
*Assignment: 6th grade – After reading the book, please complete the Novel /Short Story
Book Template; which will soon be posted on the Curry Portal Website under the heading of Summer
Reading. Follow specific instruction as outlined on the template.
